In most cases we are able to cater for dietary preferences and requirements. This should be highlighted in the booking process.
Children should be wearing grip socks. These are available for purchase at our venue.
We highly recommend arriving at least 15min before your party starts to ensure that you are able to check in on time. If you’re able to complete your waiver beforehand, this will save time on the day.
Yes, all Ninja Park staff are required to maintain valid first aid certificates.
You are more than welcome to bring balloons and decorations however for large items we do request that you check with the venue first. We also ask that you don’t stick anything to the walls and don’t bring anything that will create a mess.
